PODCASTS

Untangle

Untangle opens their microphone to both experts and ‘real people’ who share stories about how mindfulness practices have changed their lives. Untangle covers topics such as the importance of meditation, how meditation can change your life, and the effect meditation has on the lives of the podcasts’ guests.

Tara Brach

Tara Brach offers unique guided meditation sessions that combine both her skill set as a meditation teacher and her experience as a psychotherapist.
